To ensure the right thing is at the right place, at the right time, logistic analysts track items called metric “drivers”. Drivers are responsible for, or most likely the cause of, an interference in the process. Once the NexOne team identifies the drivers, they gather information from narratives, interpret and validate the findings, and report results to the customer.
